It seems that my time working with Rudin has resulted in genuine dislike for the company. Ultimately my experience was tainted because of the building manager, however, I always feel that this represents the company as a whole. If they are willing to have people like him then they must perceive his behavior as acceptable. Which explains why they treat their staff the way they do. They do not give their doorman a 45 or hour break. There is no seating for them and are not allowed to sit. They do not provide clothing for temporary workers. There systems are outdated and still function solely based on hand written logs that are inefficient and insufficient. The list goes on to the inner working of this company.
