There is no pros .
Cons
Managers treat you as slave and use slangs to scold you . the manager and some former employees , they can't even speak clear English. Go get personality development class first. Cheaters , even though i worked hard , I didn't get incentives . You will never get offer letter ,payslip, pf facility , resignation letter too. I do not recommend anybody to join there. Worst in bangalore.
