Engineering at Runna has an amazing learning environment which really promotes the growth of all engineers, especially junior engineers. A lot of trust is given to even the most junior engineers which gives you the space to grow your skills extremely rapidly. The overall culture at Runna is also incredible. Everyone is very kind and welcoming and our bi-weekly team runs really allow you to get to know and connect with people across the entire company.
