I have been working at Rush Enterprises full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Rush is a great company to work for. The projects you get to work for, are always interesting. There is never a dull day. The managers are very supportive. The pay is competitive and benefits are decent. The team members are great and supportive of each other.

    Cons

A better 401K Match would be ideal. Company should have more global outlook besides USA and Canada, if it makes sense for the business.
