      Very knowledgeable and diverse team, well organized trips and participant safety and learning experience a priority.

      Very little time to decompress, especially when leading multiple consecutive trips.

      - Not all PL’s are there for the right reasons some just want free vacays, others are more intentional -It is not so educational focused anymore -it’s a great job for your twenties
