I am so sorry you have such a difficult time! Thank you for sharing. We are working hard to improve communication and the employee/supervisor relationship. There should have been a shift supervisor on each shift who was available to assist employees with issues they were having. We do not have sick time, but we offer PTO which can be used for any need that the employee may have and an employee accrues 80 hours within the first year of employment. We know insurance costs are challenging and are working every year to try to determine ways that we can reduce costs that are passed along to the employee. Thank you so much for your eight years of service and your feedback! Leadership at Rx Systems is always interested in why employees move on to another opportunity. We are proud to offer 80 hours of PTO that is accrued within the employees first year of employment, available for illness as well as vacation time as it is accrued. PTO time increases with an employees length of service up to a maximum of 168 hours per year with some carryover capabilities. We also believe that our 10 point attendance policy is fair to our employees, but we will definitely take another look and compare to other manufacturing environments.
