- The company and individuals have an amazing start-up energy - Everyone pulls together as a team - Communication is strong between departments with a lot of transparency - Individuals given recognition when deserved - An exciting time to be part RYDE - Flexible working

- fast paced and lots of fun🕺 - exposure to different teams and departments (learn new skills) - work closely with innovative and successful clients (build great relationships) - lots of autonomy and flexible work culture (new offices!) - great career progression (craft your own career!)
Cons
- fast pace may not be for everyone! ⚡️ - typical SaaS startup, should be comfortable with being thrown in the deep end 🏊♀️ - small team, so no where to hide 👀
