Everything is controlled by fear tactics. Good people in management but one or two ruthless people up top cause terror for their employees. This goes unchecked due to the head of HR who essentially has the backbone of a soggy muffin.

Routing is just plain bad. You could have the same route with the same stops 3 times in a row and each time your stops are in a different order sometimes adding a hour or two to your day. That only bothers me because your paid a daily rate so the longer your day the less per hour. If your lower on seniority you are always on call on your day off.
