Get Salary and super paid on time Work with some talented people Comprehensive Training is provided Very safe place to work compared to private industry

Cons

Kevlar vest required and correct "membership" if you wish to rise through the ranks, nepotism is rife if you looking for a promotion. "Some" managers are misogynists / gas lighting sociopaths who demand work is more important than looking after sick family members Pay rate is terrible for qualified Trades and it's very had to get a higher payed position unless you have a bachelor qualification
