Pros
Very solid technology that works well. Strong desire to deliver superior technology to satisfy customers. Desire to succeed globally. Smart hard workers throughout the organization.
Cons
Very bureaucratic leading to slow change, very Italy HQ centric with little to no value placed on international offices. Changing global markets move faster than SAES Getters.

Pros
Management gives you the freedom to make mistakes, but listens to your inputs. The Italians have a unique set of products that have taken years to develop. They want you to succeed in the USA, as technology changes
Cons
Depends upon location and the people you need for support on a daily basis. Markup pricing for USA makes it difficult when there is real competition.
