Great working Environment. Good Pay. Upon hiring receive Iphone, Ipad and Vehicle provided along with gas card

Cons

Some days because of vacations, etc the workload can get stressful with up to 10 Inspections per day

Pros

- Steady work & stability. - Competitive wages. - Certification/Education compensation/incentives. - Longevity. - Government/Building official relations. - They make up for the "left out" feeling with occasional company events .i.e. "Zoo days" and they send out Holiday baskets.

Cons

- Unless you are in one of the main offices, you will more than likely not see many of your colleagues and be mostly working alongside county/city/jurisdictional employees. (This often leaves you feeling left out)
