Great opportunities to learn, people are tremendously helpful, good upward mobility, interesting and diverse projects in all therapeutic areas, great management and support staff, colleagues are brilliant and driven and finally great benefits along with WFH option.

Schedule flexibility, time off requests usually granted, good benefits, lots of travel with paid expenses.

Cons

Poor manpower, low pay increases after promotion, work load grows very rapidly as you get promoted, senior leadership overworked.
