      Pros

      - Working at edge of how education is going to look like in the future - Very fast-paced and open environment, empowering you to make a real difference in the business

      Cons

      - You need to take an initiative. The team is rather small, people rely on each other and there will not be a lot of oversight of what you do. This means you need to own what you do. Not necessarily bad, but not for everyone.

      - Innovative product that is changing the way students and educators teach and think about technology - Fast paced work culture - Has CEO with strong vision - Global business that has amazing contacts - Allows you to try out new things and execute your own strategies - Awesome employees that bring something special to the mix - Great office

      Pros

      - SAM Labs did an incredible job at attracting world-class talents (design, tech, engineering, marketing, ops etc.). This is the most inspiring part. - Every employee is given a huge amount of responsibilities and decision power. Own it - Tough decisions, failures, and successes are all rewarded. Be bold - You'll make real friends, some for life. - The product is really fun. You'll get a chance to play with it a lot.

      Cons

      SAM Labs' "reason to exist" often changed, sometimes at a frequency that was destructive for the rest of the team's workflow. I believe that this is often the case for early stage companies, but it is indeed not for everyone
