      This is the company were i can widely express my skills, I think this company help me to grow more and work professionally as i imagine because, The ambience of the people here are a good coach, professionally enough to guide each in every one for the success that you can bring up to the better fintech world.

      New Hire Experience at SAVii

      Pros

      As a startup company, I can say that SAVii already has established an excellent culture of work-life integration for its employees. There has always been flexibility at work (in terms of schedule and work setup) that made me love my role even just a new hire. Everyone is so open to suggestions and willing to help to ensure a smooth onboarding process for me and the other new hires.

      Cons

      There are not much benefits at this point but People Team is already working on it, and that’s fine as well because the market-standard package like HMO, leave, basic allowances are already in place.
