Pros

- nothing good about this company

Cons

- incredibly low salary - bad benefits - laying off 40+ people across 3 offices - none of the rooms have good ventilation, so you get headaches after 5 minutes from breathing in other people's exhales - values which they don't value themselves, ie transparency, yet they don't release the PowerPoint slides when they announced the lay offs of people who didn't deserve it - a value like "smart med fart" when it's more just "dumb utan fart" for all of the C levels - no actual salary increase and never a bonus, unlike other banks

Pros

- Nice co-workers - Updated stack, however, not used to their full potential - Good work-life balance - Interest rate discount if you have a loan

Cons

- Old bank mentality when developing software - Afraid of cloud solutions - Poor monitoring of their systems - Terrible descriptions in the incident reports - Management is weak or always away - Salary is not very attractive compared to other companies

Pros

Good team and and nice colleagues

Cons

Layoffs, cost reductions without any clear rational for why. No clear direction of company a part from saving money Command and control leader style from upper management. Focus is rather on improving jira processes than processes how to digitalise the different flows. Putting extreme pressure on middle management to sort out an organisational change no one on the floor understand or stand behind. People are afraid to speak their minds since no one will listen or care
