      None that i can think of.

      Cons

      Too much politics, seniors have just got in a comfortable position and are just like masters who have juniors as slave. They dictate their terms and management is deaf to concerns. Everyone is just trying to save their own infront of seniors and have no actual backbone or vision to help the project or company. Worst just absolute worst from seniors to managers to delivery managers.

      1. Better place to learn new technology stack 2. Good policies and great yearly hike(10-15%)

      Cons

      1. Management is not good. 2. Some of the projects will destroy your work life balance and manager will treat you like 'Bandhua Majdoor'. They don't have sense how to treat or speak to your team members.
