There is a real love of incompetence that starts at the top. Senior VPs do no actual work but falsely and aggressively point fingers at others. If they spent as much time managing projects or doing real work as they do causing headaches for HR SBSA would be a different company. Bad morale on a daily basis because of how angry and insulting executive management is. It spreads like wildfire.
Technology used at the company is outdated. Nepotism is also very outdated, very rampant and contributes to many of the problems.
Career growth is nonexistent.
