      Good pay. Good camaraderie amongst junior employees.

      Cons

      Very toxic senior management, always move goalposts and pile pressure on to try and get more out of you. Rarely reward good work. No training, development or career progression. The culture is to accept the toxic management and work around them. Work is repetitive and the company is years behind competitors on outreach strategies. Also very poor place for EDI, limited diversity in workforce.
