Cons

Toxic work culture at the higher management and principal level. Quick to shift blame while throwing others under the bus for directions they themselves have given. SCDA breeds paranoia and stifles open feedback and attracts talent via monetary compensation. Easy to end up as the scapegoat for systemic issues. Safe yourself the trouble of applying.
