      The clients, many of the frontline staff, the fact that advocacy is an easy cause to get behind

      Cons

      Weak CEO and Management Team, terrible internal politics, toxic environment, get more strategic nous on the shop floor of ASDA. Big disconnect between stated values, and ethos of the senior managers.
