      Rules do not replace reason. Fantastic open culture to speak your mind and state your opinions. Great CEO, leadership and colleagues. Boutique, personalized, professional, ethical. Flexibility, trust and autonomy within reason. No backstabbing, internal politics, red tape, or unnecessary drama and nonsense with internal employees. Alternative work arrangements. Base compensation, PTO and paid holidays.

      Cons

      Smaller book of business and existing candidate database. Lesser known name and brand. If you're looking for structure and hierarchy or established routine and don't like to carve your own path, probably not the place for you.

      Pros

      The compensation package is the best I've seen or heard about in the staffing industry. The ownership of the company understands the need for competitive perks. Benefits package is outstanding. Great company culture.

      Cons

      Not the right company for someone who is afraid to wear multiple hats.
