Pros
Good culture. Team bonding and leadership are good. Good for freshers to start their career (DO NOT WORK More than 2 Years). Less workload. Less Complexity. Easy to maintain Work-Life balance.
Cons
Extreme bureaucracy. Internal politics. Old employees try to dominate their subordinates (only for weak ones). Lack of evaluation process. The worst division is HR because they are unorganized. Absence of Top management observation. People are not taking things seriously until they are forced to do. An absence of equality in the group even though everyone contributed to make things successful.
