Pros

- Fellow QA staff was nice and friendly - Projects change a lot, work in itself wasn't too boring

Cons

If you work in QA here, you're a modern day slave. You sign a lot of your rights away. Zero hour contracts are an insult. Pay keeps you in poverty. Everything you create during your employment with them belongs to them (again, terrible contract. Do not sign it. It's even worse than when Ariel signed her contract with Ursula.) Also, feels like prison. And you're not respected, and treated like a lower class citizen for being in QA. This should all be downright criminal. Everyone not speaking out against this is complicit.

Pros

The only Pro of working here was all the other great people you work with (That generally all quit after less than a year)

Cons

Horrible working hours - (You will be put on an early shift or a late shift) You could change to another shift if management like you though, I put a request in to change shifts and didnt get a response for 6 months, during that time several other testers switched shifts before me. Obvious bias for management favourites - There was a group of testers that were allowed to choose their own working hours, where the rest of the test team were not, despite all having the exact same job title & role. Low Pay - 6.50 an hour for Functionality tester, 7.50 for Senior Functionality tester is an absolute joke. Zero-Hour Contract - No commitment to their staff, planning at least 3 months in advance is something that SEGA must already be doing, but they are still not willing to commit even a month of work to their testers, the entire team was told during lunch time that there would be no more work for us in the forseeable future and that we should not come in the next working day, they said they would call us when they needed us.

Pros

One would think it would be a good place to work. Some good people to meet in other departments, that was the main positive.

Cons

Lack of communication between the departments and the brands. People were in positions of authority with decision making powers that had little or no knowledge or experience. People had obtained positions via default
