Good staff, terrible leaders

Pros

People I worked with on a day-to-day basis were good people, and good at their jobs Pay is fairly decent

Cons

CEO forced staff to accept lower bonuses, rescinded remote working and refused inflation-adjusted pay rise despite record profits during the pandemic Middle management and above not interested in listening to their staff, only exist to make themselves look good to their superiors. Will demand statistics be changed and "massaged" to improve optics to upper management. Treats non-permanent staff like pariahs and second-class citizens, if you're not a permanent employee you're nobody and your work counts for nothing.

Flexibility to take leave for stress and mental health as so many people have been broken by this company.

Cons

Talking to others will quickly depress you as they share their experiences dealing with bullying and a toxic HR function.

More focus on diversity at senior management level. Need more growth and promotion of minority groups within the organisation.
