Good colleagues but really low qualified management
Pros
- High chances to grow if you are really very experienced - Good payment - Flexible work time and really well functioning remote work
Cons
- Not transparent communication with management. Today they say that everything is super, tomorrow they change the company strategy totally, after tomorrow they cut positions for workers that have experience. - Not clear responsibilities of managers. You do not know, whom to ask for permissions for tasks and nobody answers the question to you... - Not serious attitude about product quality. Very strong intension to sell but insufficient intention to make the product attractive to the client before selling. - Bad vision of market situation. Pump millions in company strategy and then change the strategy in the middle of the way due to "Unexpected" market situation. - Absence of processes and chaotic action. This of course enables to be creative, but it hinders global teamwork. When a company has hundreds of workers, teamwork becomes more important...
