      Good company to work for but little opportunities

      Pros

      Very nice people who care about your career development. Decent pay for a consultancy.

      Cons

      Very little opportunities exist in terms of promotions and new projects. Company is quite isolated and does not operate as a traditional engineering consultancy. Staff/team needs to be more diverse.
