Pros

I used to like my job and enjoy working here, or at least I thought I did.

Cons

Even when the work itself is something you enjoy, the people around you can completely destroy the experience. Being surrounded by narcissists makes every single day feel awful, and the work atmosphere becomes toxic and unbearable very quickly.

Pros

Some of the clients were cool. It was a pleasure to work with them. Sadly, they didn't keep in touch much after I left the agency.

Cons

The PR industry is tough generally, but this workplace is the worst. The workload is brutal, and the demands never end. You're supposed to be on call 24 by 7. It was terrible for everyone's work-life balance. As I said, some clients were cool, but the majority of them were awful. They set unrealistic expectations and then blamed us for not being efficient enough. It was hard to reason with them and explain that some results take time. The leadership was no help either. When employees were struggling with exhaustion or getting near burnout, they pushed us more instead of lending a helping hand. It showed how little they cared about any employee. They didn't even care when good employees left. They just started searching for replacements.
