Can anyone on this site give me a brief explanation of Share Berlin?

Although, I am not employed at Share Berlin, I would like to know something about the organization. I a an adult male living in Boston, Ma United States of America. I was born in Boston, I lived in Boston with my Family. Eventually, I attended grammar school in Cambridge, until I graduated from the eighth grade. Fortunately for me, I attended a good private high school for 2 years. After my 2 years in high school, I decided to leave my school to attend the public high school in Cambridge, I really enjoyed studying there. After graduation, I lucky applied for and was accepted to study at Harvard University, that was very good for me as, I studied the German language and I travelled outside the United States to Havana, Cuba, Berlin, Germany, Paris, France, Prague, Moscow Russia as well as The Canary Islands, I really enjoyed my travels through Europe, thank you. Although, I have never worked at Share Berlin, I assume it can be difficult to work in an organization that has employees or work that, for some, does not meet their expectations, thank you. Joe J.
