Pros
A very fun and relaxed work environment. They are very transparent with the state of the company as a whole to all employees. Its business model is unique and sets them apart from the competition. A pretty young company in terms of age, so its values align with mine.
Cons
For my position, I have had a lack of mentorship which makes it hard to grow and improve my skills to eventually move up.
