Not much going for it anymore...
Pros
Salary is fairly decent but not up to UK standard for the same job roles involving chemicals and shift work. Cheap private health care is about the only real benefit.
Cons
Management is a shambles. Salary is basically made up of you sacrificing your home life as the hours can rack up fast. Salary is not up to UK standard for similar roles elsewhere and is basically made up of shift allowance (also not at UK standard) and prepaid overtime which is now fully expected to be completed by all employees. Ever since SK Capital have taken over the business its been redundancies, lies and a total lack of work ethics. Training is now at an absolute zero and the company are unwilling to keep up with employee qualifications that would benefit the company.
