Pros

None. They may treat you OK in the beginning but as soon as one thing goes wrong start looking for another job.

Cons

You do not work for the client company so your job will only last as long as SIMOS stays in good favor with the client. Low pay. Poor benefits. Unstable upper management including CEO.

Pros

Pay is competitive (> better than) with other jobs. Addicting/excercise, good environment (not too hot/cold), good pay, great coworkers. Not for the lazy though (based on box count at end of day) The tool/scanner feels like a Nintendo DS; buttons to push is not hard, but takes time to learn. Only 3 different kinds of stickers to put on boxes/pallets. Boxes vary (obviously), so not boring.

Cons

No pension & not the best health benefits (aflac) (I don't need them). Some people don't like wrapping the completed pallets w/plastic, but I like it.

Pros

Job on the spot and a nice working enviroment. A/C

Cons

For one I was lied to. I started out in picking making $9.80 an hour during weekday shift. My manager said he liked my work ethic and promoted me to shipping and that was a 2 dollar raise. so do the math, the would be $11.80 an hour. I switched to weekend shift which added an extra dollar to my hourly pay. SO again, do the math, that would be 12.80 an hour. I'm only making 12 an hour. Im getting screwed out of .80 cents an hour. Might not seem like alot but it adds up. The other side to this company is that they are very unorganized. It's a very heckic work place.
