I worked there for years as 3d artist, but their so-called head of 3d department only like one team member or you can say team....for other teams and artists no appreciation for their hard work.
There is not management/pipeline for 3d work. Working hours suck, girls are forcibly working for late nights, boys even have the worst timing.
They call you for work on public holidays as well like INDENPEDNTS DAY, Gandhi Jayanti even on Curfew also.
After 01st Lockdown in 2020, they start eliminating 100s of employees and forcing them to resign from their positions. There always have vacancies because when the workflow is getting high they starting hire people, and when the workflow is getting low they starting eliminating employees.
Running politics everywhere in 3d studio. One team So-called seniors have very bad behavior for other team juniors and 3d Modelers, for them, other teams don't know 3d work, artists and modelers are nothing for that team.
Some of that team senior getting high paid only for blandish of the head of 3d department and the other seniors who don't do that they have to remain low position and low salary as well.
No one wants to work there people come and go from there. When your increment time is nearby, then they starting poking you, they said you are not working properly, you do lots of mistakes, nobody wants to work with you, etc...These all things happen when your increment is about to be done. They don't count how many times you stay late at night for their project.
When clients' appreciation comes on project 3d head doesn't appreciate other teams for their hard work, so-called head only appreciates only one team, because of that behavior of that head other teams and artists get demotivated.
Because of all this nobody wants to work there, after interview people are getting back because of their market reputation.
I think Company management should look into this matter seriously before it gets worse and only one team and that one 3d head remain in 3d studio on
