Work culture is really bad here. You have to work like robot. You cant talk to your colleagues cant take some rest away from the screen, you just have to keep working like a robot. There are no benefits given to the employees and all terms and conditions are only in the favour of company. No matter how sick you are or how bad your condition is if you cant come to office there will be deduction from the salary. And no matter how much extra you work or how hard working you are there will be no compunsation for any extra work. If asked about the compunsation you will be told that you are doing by your own will and noone asked you to do that. Morning time to office is very strict, if you are 15 minutes late half day salary deduction will be done but leaving the office has no time. You have to work untill and unless you are asked to leave. Overall i would not recommend anyone to go and work in SLABS

Even if you mention honest reviews, the company manager will call you and harrasse you for deleting the reviews. Then they reply that we were not associated with Slabs.
