      Pros

      Some of the best people I've worked with in my career work or should I say worked at SMK USA. Excellent benefits

      Cons

      Quality and delivery issues were a big problem. In addition, everyone received a 1% raise or nothing each year and cost of living raised 3.5% so you were always behind. Took too long to get management to help solve or resolve issues. Lot's of people that have worked for the company for many many years and there are no new ideas nor were they willing to change from the SMK way.
