      There are no upsides to working here.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, corrupt and largely incompetent. Underpay staff whilst overworking them and ignoring workers’ rights. Excessive travelling with no notice, egotistical directors with a disregard for employee welfare. Avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      Unfortunately, I haven't been long enough with the company to have a proper understanding of it but realised that the management works hard to make good impression to clients. The in-house management system is really successful in doing that and I belive makes a difference with competitors as well as auditors.

      Cons

      Probably due to the size and ownership can be a bit political in terms of who, when and where.
