SMS group reviews about "benefit"

The company as a whole has gotten to big. It’s very corporatized, you are replaceable at any time your just a number here. No investment in the shop or the employees. Lack of communication from management to floor.

Management is extremely disorganized. You get thrown under the bus for the mistakes made by others. Management straight up lies to you again and again and again. They don't believe in annual cost of living increases, and they make a big deal out of a 1.5% "cost of living increase" that doesn't even cover inflation just because it's not something they do ever. They promote liars and people who step on the heads of others to get ahead. They'll work you to the bone if you show initiative. Engineers are just made into project managers. If they like you where you are, there is no opportunity to move within the company.

Long hours, if your good, they like to pile work onto you until you feel like your drowning.

No negative experience in the time spent with this company.
