We're glad to hear you've had a positive experience with your local team in Lehi, as strong collaboration is something we value across the organization. Since last fall, we've built a distributed leadership team across the U.S. and Canada, and we're intentionally spending more time with teams across the business to better understand day-to-day operations, remove obstacles, and make decisions closer to where the work happens.
