      It's better than being unemployed.

      Cons

      No leadership, exists because of history, rips off public sector, employees unappreciated and undervalued, seen as a seat and number rather than a person, unprofessional environment, bad team morale, unlawful and immoral approaches.

      Leaving after working hours.

      Cons

      Nasty management, like a sponge sucks the life and energy out of you. Slave labour - get paid pennies. Only stay there until you find another job, heartless management that looks down on all employees. Just gets worse. Makes you feel suicidal - Steve Bray is the worst of all would not want my enemies working there.
