      I worked with people who were really capable and who might have contributed more if they had an incentive to do so. the only thing we were sure of is that working harder would only benefit the owners financially, not us spoon's ceo is one of the most unethical people I have had the misfortune of meeting

      Cons

      working at spoon is a soul crushing experience. you will never hear a kind word from management. the vice president told us after we took a company wide pay cut that we were lucky to have jobs. real managers motivate and encourgae their people, spoons owners are incapable of this
