      Pros

      Cultural diversity, proactive management team, cross-training, great benefits, employees and customers are treated with respect. It also provides challenging work assignments.

      Cons

      Lack of continuous professional development programs for majority of the employees; lack of opportunity for advancement.

      Great engineering opportunities

      Pros

      This is a very diverse environment (from a technical point of view). You'll get the chance to work on various technologies and gain experience/exposure that you would only gain elsewhere if working 3-4 jobs at the same time. Great for learning new things. One other thing - there's no micromanagement , so you get to enjoy doing your work rather than having to report every hour status progress and what not. Management is supportive of new ideas/proposals.

      Cons

      Somehow flat organization. No going up the ladder, if that's what you're aiming for. If you're a technical person, then this will be perfect.

      Tough industry and tough position in a declining market. But still lots of opportunity to be successful and to grow the brand and to grow your position
