Pros

Interesting projects and a strong benefits plan.

Cons

Leadership was frequently off-site, and workload and deadlines were often unrealistic and difficult to manage. People Operations/HR lacked professionalism and experience, and favoritism was common.

Pros

Free snacks and drinks on a daily basis in a small kitchen. General benefits are ok. There are some good people to work with and the work is interesting.

Cons

Micromanagement is quite heavy at the company and the number of meetings do not give a lot of time for actual work to be done. A lot of issues with regards to safety is overlooked. There are a lot of politics happening behind the scenes and leadership hides a lot from the employees even at a small size.

- Opportunities for hands on experience

- Turnover is extremely high. If you interview here, really ask them how many people have been fired, let go, or have quit in the last five years - Leadership prioritizes client contracts over employee well-being, allowing clients to mistreat or overwork employees without intervention -Constantly over budget and behind schedule, with leadership willfully misleading clients about progress - Safety and discrimination concerns raised by employees are ignored or mishandled - Retaliation for speaking up — leadership does not protect employees who raise valid issues - Company has no problem hiring and quickly letting people go when leadership’s poor planning catches up with them
