This company reignited my love for dance

Since this is still a young company, there is so much room for growth and opportunity. Everyone at the company is incredibly creative, talented, and intelligent and being able to work with people who also share an admiration and passion for dance is rare and something that I don't take for granted.

Cons

Each department is small, but mighty, and with that comes wearing different hats. Although it is not necessarily a con, there are not always firm processes and procedures in place which may be hard for someone who needs that. But, with that, it allows you to take ownership and implement suggestions and improvements to these processes and procedures which the team is always receptive to.

The people at STEEZY are absolutely wonderful. You will be sure to make some good friends and they will make you feel appreciated for the work you do. The people who work at STEEZY are very driven by the mission, and it shows in their work.

Cons

They might not be able to pay you as much as you'd like. What you don't make in salary, they make up for in culture.
