Pros

- You will understand why it is necessary to research about a company before joining. - You will be well trained to work in an environment that can destroy your mental health. - If you are someone with no social or personal life and think work is life, this will be the best company for you.

Cons

- Officially a 6-day work week with first and third Saturdays off, but employees are often expected to work on Saturdays and even on Sundays based on management directives with little to no work-life balance. - Salary payments are frequently delayed, and in some cases put on fold despite employees working extended hours. - Strong dependency on timesheet entries; salaries are calculated strictly based on "productive hours', and even minor lapses in filling timesheets can result in salaries being with held for long durations. - No job security. Employees may be informed that it is their last working day without prior notice, explanation or a structured process. - Exit handling lacks transparency and professionalism, with limited or no communication during or after separation. - Even after serving the full notice period, completing proper handovers and full feeling all exit formalities, Full and Final (F&F) settlements are often not processed in a timely manner. - While most of the company follows a policy that only the last month’s salary is held for F&F, a larger amount is withheld in this company. For example, if the last working day is mid-month (e.g., 15th), both the final month salary (15 days) and the entire previous month’s salary may be kept on hold, increasing the withheld amount beyond one month. - Employees maybe asked to extend their notice period citing project dependencies aur client related issues, but this does not guarantee resolution or timely payment. - Reasons such as 'client not paying' or internal dependencies are cited for delays, without clear timelines or accountability. - Difficulty in reaching HR post-exit, with little responsiveness on pending concerns like payments or documentation. - Overall HR function appears to have limited autonomy, with decisions largely driven by management without adequate employee advocacy.
