      Little to be considered Pros - If I could rate it lower than a one star I would.

      Cons

      -Lack of Development -Senior members treat employees like cattle/Cannon fodder, -Blatant disregard for Human rights (Under Health and safety laws ), -Consistent communication losses means production would frequently miss deadlines if not for production staff. -Cronynism and Nepotism exceptionally bad, Senior team lacks knowledge due to this -Lack of credible former employment from some senior management members is incredibly shady dealings -Avoid wasting your time being employed here.
