Pros

I have worked for STRADA Capital for over 4 years now and frankly I could not imagine working for any other company in the financial lending industry. STRADA's Integrity, office culture, business ethics and longevity is second to none. STRADA Capital has enabled me access to its own internal lending lines but in addition more lending partners then any other leasing firm I am aware of in the industry. STRADA provide just about any type of lending product and/or service my customers may require now or at anytime in the future.

Cons

I have not experienced anything negative with the company during my time with STRADA. The only thing I can suggest is continue the ongoing training programs to ensure that the current sales force remain the most knowledgeable in the industry.

- High energy work environment. - Very diverse staff. - Regularly occurring competitions, incentives, promos, etc. - A LOT of knowledge in the office and willingness to assist fellow coworkers. - Brad Kissler, the best boss ever.

Pros

There is a great mentor program at Strada. They bring you up very carefully and it is an easy program to follow. As you grow and learn you understand the process as it increases in intensity to understand the program to grow you into a productive member of the team

Cons

You have to go along the program and strip yourself of ideas that you have that you may have used in the past. The culture is based upon proven techniques and ideas that work. This place is not for the weak minded. You must be goal minded.
