      Pros

      People who work there are generally nice specially plant workers and Finance and IT departments.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking progress. Culture and mentality of the leadership didn’t progress from 20 years ago, because it is the same management. Human Resources department treats people with disrespect and puts the blame on the workers instead of restructuring the culture, and applying modern Human Resources practices to its department and policies. Offers no room for growth. Stay clear!

      Pros

      Very old school place to work. Great if you're looking to keep your head down and wait it out until retirement. The people are very friendly and there is a strong emphasis to give back to the community. The work can be interesting and challenging at times.

      Cons

      Terrible office culture environment. The average age is too high for the technologically competitive global market. Pay is ok, but only if you get a bonus. Overall feeling that the bottom line is valued more than their employees. New ideas are discouraged contrary to what you're told.

      Lot of very long term employees, with a lot of combined knowledge Stable employment Profit sharing plan was decent

      Cons

      Salary and benefits just average, co-pays -premiums rising for diminishing benefits Top heavy management Profit sharing plan has been gutted by dubious accounting
