Horrible Environment for People with Decency

Pros
Hiring new employees constantly due to low retention rates and you’ll be rushed into doing an unpaid 3-hour “working interview” the next day after you submit an application. They also don’t need approved background checks or fingerprinting to be done to begin working with children, this company lets newly onboarded employees begin the same day they’ve only finished uploading documents, not after the verification process is complete.
Cons
Incredibly poor standard of employee treatment from fostering illegitimate practices, extreme hostile work environments, and hiring underskilled performers. The Executive Director and owner is deceptive, manipulative, and exemplifies weary program management. This company overall is the epitome of corruption starting in a seed that eventually grows to corrupt its fruit.
