Nice office but limited career growth and micromanagement
Pros
HQ in TTDI, nice office building & location. Employee benefits are pretty standard
Cons
It’s a typical family-run business, so many decisions tend to be driven more by personal influence than structured corporate practices. Career progression is also quite limited. One of my subordinates remained at the Executive level for more than a decade before finally being promoted to Senior Executive, which reflects the slow growth opportunities within the organization. The CEO appears to have limited decision-making authority, while the General Manager is highly focused on media exposure and tends to micromanage most Heads of Department. On top of that, the parent company is heavily involved in day-to-day operational decisions, which often creates unnecessary complications and inefficiencies.
