If you like being part of something important, always learning new things and you want to make a difference, then this is the right place. There is a lot of visibility, everyone is working really hard and you are expected to have a good ethic and take pride in your work. All these are pros for me. If you just want a pay check than this is not the right job for you. This is also the best team of people I have ever worked with in more than 15 years in technology. Smart, quick, commited, fun.
