Pros

Very little unfortunately, can be toxic at times and high pressure due to the workload and demands from management who at times are clueless.

Cons

4% pension contribution is exceptionally poor, no bonus and no training provided. Annual appraisals are a waste of time and managers conducting them have too many to complete so quality is very poor. Many business units are a body shop and will get rid of people quick sharp if you are not billable, you have been warned! Company values are not worth the paper they are written on.
